Service Agreement: 

By engaging with Jet Cleaners for any cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and expectations between Jet Cleaners and the client. 

Scope of Services: 

Jet Cleaners will provide professional cleaning services as agreed upon with the client. The scope of services will be discussed and confirmed prior to scheduling the cleaning appointment. 

Pricing and Payment: 

The pricing for cleaning services will be communicated to the client during the booking process. Payment terms, including accepted forms of payment and due dates, will be agreed upon in advance. Jet Cleaners reserves the right to adjust prices based on factors such as the size of the area to be cleaned, the complexity of the job, and any additional services requested by the client. 

Access to Premises: 

The client is responsible for providing Jet Cleaners with access to the premises at the agreed-upon date and time. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to grant entry to the cleaning team. 

Client’s Responsibilities: 

The client is responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about the cleaning requirements and any specific areas of concern. The client should also inform Jet Cleaners of any hazards or special conditions that may affect the provision of the cleaning services. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, Jet Cleaners should be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. 

Damages and Liability: 

Jet Cleaners takes utmost care during the cleaning process, but in the event of any accidental damage or breakage, Jet Cleaners will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the security of valuable or fragile items and to report any existing damages or issues prior to the cleaning service. 

Water Supply: 

The client must provide an adequate water supply for our pressure washing services. If the client is unable to provide water, Jet Cleaners can arrange for a water supply at an additional cost. 

Satisfaction Guarantee: 

Jet Cleaners strives to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, Jet Cleaners should be notified within 24 hours of the service completion, and reasonable efforts will be made to address the concern. 

Confidentiality: 

Jet Cleaners respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any confidential or personal information shared during the provision of services. 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jet Cleaners operates.
